GIVE Group is Canada’s first and only charity real estate agent referral network, launched in February of this year. They can be described as a philanthropic matchmaking service. Clients choose their charity to support, allowing you to support Cystic Fibrosis Canada when you buy or sell real estate!
Here’s how it works:
When a charity supporter is buying or selling a home anywhere in Canada, they can:
• Directly work with a Give Group Realtor who will give 25% of their gross commission to charity
• Refer from the GIVE Group to any co-operatering Realtor in Canada and the 25% ‘referral fee’ commission will be split 20% to the charity and 5% to the GIVE Group for marketing and management
