The Vancouver / Lower Mainland Chapter is one of 50 Cystic Fibrosis Canada chapters across the country. Together these 50 chapters raise funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis research and treatment programs. The Vancouver chapter was incorporated in 1961 and has grown to become one of the highest grossing chapters in the country.
In 2010, we celebrated our 50th birthday and our highest grossing year yet, raising over $1 million for the first time! 2011 was another record breaking year, with a net revenue of over $1 million.
We are currently the highest staffed chapter office in BC, with four full time staff members. However our committed volunteers continue to be the driving force behind the success of our events and fundraising efforts.
